1. Assessing the DamageThe first step in any water damage, fire damage, or mold remediation is to assess the site. Rapid Recovery uses specialized & advanced testing to detect how bad water damage fire damage, or mold growth is so we can come up with a detailed scope of work to remove or remediate damaged areas. This allows us to preserve and limit the disruption to your space, but also allows us to find how far we need to go back to prevent any mold from reoccurring after the reconstruction.

2. Limiting the DamageIt is important to contact us immediately following a disruption or at the first sign of mold growth. The first step after assessing the damage depending on your situation is to immediately pump out water, dry out the area, and seal off unaffected parts of the house. By doing this immediately we are often able to prevent the damage from worsening and prevent mold and odors from traveling to other parts of the structure.

We can help guide you through this unfamiliar process and our crews make sure to document everything which insures you can get the settlement you are owed.
